Hi, I was changing the paper exit rollers on a c6500 and the springs for the tension popped off. Anyone have a picture of how they go back together????
This is the assembly right after the paper exits the fuser. I can't seem to upload a picture

It's not everyday that I service those, but I'll try to take a picture if I happen to see one tomorrow.

This is the old photo that I kept for emergencies. I had an 8050 that got it's wheels run off. Glad that machine is gone. There was a time I think I could have assembled the decurler roller assy in my sleep.

I honestly thought he was talking about those two ceramic rollers on the exit guide...

Hey, there is a very good possibility that I guessed wrong on what he was talking about. Time will tell I suppose.

Yes, it's the 2 ceramic rollers on the exit tray right after the fuser.
