I am trying to update the driver for C500 but can not find the User CD disk for removing the previously installed driver (as per instructions from Konica download file from web site). Clicked on the properties of the printer on XP pro and advanced tab which indicates update driver is greyed out and can not accessed. Can someone please give some insight? All I want to try is to install the updated driver to see if we can print to 11 x17 - appear to be having a lot of problems trying to get this work properly and thought driver would be easiest to try.

You probably won't be able to update the driver because you are printing to a share on the rip. You need to google 'adding a Standard tcp/ip printer'. Do delete the driver from your workstation go to the printers window delete the printer then right click in the printers window and select server properties and delete the driver from there. Alternativly you should google 'Kyocera printer deleter'.

Usually Fiery don't update a driver with out a patch to fix something else so you could well have the latetest driver but you won't benefit from it without the patch.
