CS remote care

Hey all you smart people;
I have what is possibly a stupid question.
Is it possible to use the CSRC set up to send info to us without going through KonMin servers?
The only catch I can see is the Center ID, although I am by no means an IT genius.

I think that even if you were successful in sending the data, the data would be meaningless without the CSRC application to interpret and store the data in some DB. Emujo

if you want meters then just set up scheduling and it will email them too you. vcare is more then just meters it calls in service for c codes and if jams hit a threshhold.

Appologies if i’m hijacking this thred but if I wanted to use the firmware update option in CE mode does the machine need to be on CS care etc?
