Presume firmware is latest (Try re-flashing with the same)and you've tried Image Quality over Production setup.

What warm up setting is set on machine? I'd suggest Mode 2.

Have you tried other Thick 4 stock within the same GSM range?

Any kink or dirt on the TEMS2 sensor?
Is the Coil Surface( FH1) Clean.
Is the actual IH coil mounted properly?
Filters clean? Any lag on IH power supply fan (FM10) or IH coil fan FM3
If all this fails the I'd go with new fuser and work backwards to FH1 - IHPU - IHMEB. ENSURE the cables are mounted properly and are tight fest as fair amount of current flows through coil.

Does the machine make any odd sounds when in sleep or idle mode?

Try all timers, sleep modes, energy savers OFF.

Hope this helps.

Apart from a new fuser there isn't much else to do.
Maybe there is something wrong with the mechanism that does the fuser nip. I don't think there is any way to manually asjust the nip. I've seen those springs break, but usually get a code for that.
