What are the life of your image units?

Paper quality has a HUGE influence on print quality.

Also check your firmware is upto date.

thanks,
its latest firmware
same paper its working with anothers c8000

today i tried with a different intermediate transfer belt
cleaned the IDC and registration sensors with hydrowipe
and still the same

so i guess the error is up to fusing section
Its just just i cant allocate it yet

It looks like primary or secondary transfer to me, which includes paper as a possibility. How heavy is the media? =^..^=

Which part can be?
As i installed new 2nd transfer unit
I swapped with another bizhub PRESS c8000 intermediate full unit
Still the same

Paper is ok 105 grs plain bond
Same print on same paper but another BH C8000 looks great

38143

Same test pattern, same paper, different machine
Left, C8000 with this trouble
Right, C8000, fine

Look at differences, on the left it is very noisy, and many non coulor whiteish noise,
On right, only black lacks density, but all others just fine

Thanks for your help in advance

In my humble opinion both left and right look like crap. What media setting are you using? =^..^=

Hi,

Please print on separate the CMYK, I think you have the white spot issue.
And try to adjust the 2nd transfer output adjustment.
Take note you will adjust this only for the type of the paper that gives you this issue.

Good luck

Any poster with a print quality issue using non OEM toner needs no further response

@Quatro how to print like that? In Fiery? We always manage CMYK printing only
I changed 2nd transfer output it just reduced it, but not vanish at all like comparing with other c8000s
Any paper does it.. coated-gl, plain etc

@copier tech
Using original OEM toner. Only original parts from KM

@blackcat4866
It looks great irl. Yet still the problem is why looks different

Have you solved this issue?
Why you don't try to adjust also the fusing temp int to negative, not only the 2nd transfer output just give a shot............

Did I miss the answer to the question what age are your image units/developer? Did you say Y is good? That tells me it's a toner density/developer unit issue. IF Y is good, why jack with transfer & temp settings globally affecting all?

@Don N.
Developer Unit as itself, i dont know
But, developer (https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/5ZEAAOSw3v5Yp2BC/s-l500.jpg) each color, were replaced two months ago, and only been used in 22k prints

Hi
What are the environmental conditions.
We have observed if Humidity is low it affects transfer and white spots are seen as in your case. We called it 'Cloudy Effect'
Moderate humidity around 50-70 is good.
If humidity is low just for trial spray water around machine to increase humidity, wait for few minutes and try again.
Hope this helps

If you've eliminated 2nd transfer it may be your developer units.
Do you use non-oem toner? Sometimes mixing oem and non-oem gets weird patterns like that.

If the developer is fairly new or oem, check and clean the bias contacts. Your HV pcb may have a weak output since it happens on other colors.

@D_L_P

I don't do production machines but wonder one thing.
What is your TCR levels like?
Can you adjust/increase TCR lelvels for CMK units to see if image gets denser?

Btw the black on the Good C8000 looks washed to me.
