How many fins you see on startup?

Have you tried memory replacement?

It shows the firmware was latest. I have updated the firmware also for SSD but still its hangs on 3 shark fins.

As habik suggests try to change the ram out.

If i struggle to get a machine started disconnect every thing from the MFPB that does not need to be there for the machine to boot. This include things like the HDD the AOCB(I/O board), fax...

As per BC its not unlikely for the SSD to be a problem.

KM does allow you to test boards, but its tricky. If you take the MFPB, SSD or AOCB from machine A to test in machine B you need to change only one at at a time and reinstall that board back into machine A and start it up again before taking the next one to test. Start with a SSD and if that is not the problem reinstall it to the original machine an start it up again. Then do the MFPB and then the OACB but i doubt it to be the problem.

If you don't do this carefully and somehow end up changing 2 boards at the same time the board will be unusable and would need factory data installed on it. This if for the engine data meter reading and licensing to remain intact.

That's the only correct answer!!!

My guess is SSD board. Sometimes reseating the board solve the problem.

Problem solve by firmwares upgrade.
