Any help, the fuser was faulty with one side bearing faulty. I change the fuser and it started giving me lines especially in A3 prints see the sample prints.
Thanks in advance https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180429/9f8e6c91ec3f14b243bace8b188967e2.jpg

Was it a new fuser? They still look like lines from the fuser. Also look at trans belt or one of the drums. These are usually the only things that would cause lines like that.

It looks to me like you've got something dragging across the latent developed image on the primary transfer belt, smearing the image before transfer. You can confirm this by emergency stopping the machine mid 2nd transfer to see that the image is already streaked before second transfer.

If yes, you'll need to pull the primary transfer belt to see exactly whats dragging along the belt: maybe partially fused toner strings, maybe hair, who knows until you look?

If no, then the streaks are happening between 2nd transfer and fusing: mainly the fuser inlet guides. =^..^=

Thanks will try do that I have try stopping the paper before the fuser unit and yes the marks are before the fuser which is likely to be 2nd transfer etc. Will try change or see that first.
