Problems with Aficio 1232c

First, I apologize if there is a similar thread somewhere on the forum, i couldn't find it.
I have a problem with AF 1232c's duplex unit setup. Duplex works exelent while printing but i doesn't give me options for 2 sided copying. I looked in service setup and couldt find anything of help (closest i got to a solution is sp5803-60 but that didnt solve the problems.

Probably just need to add/change a shortcut key on the touch screen.
