the c350 is heating up after about 100 sheets of cover stock and then have to open the side to let cool down for about 10 mins before printing again. also when printing digital label stock it is bubbling the stock.
i have tried many different paper settings, but i think it is a hardware issue. there is about 600k on the machine.
any ideas? thanks for your help.

Is the machine in the proper environment with adequite space requirements met? If the machine was getting too hot, it would pop a fuser code and lock up. Sounds like improper paper settings with a copier stuffed into a tiny closet.

that is a good question.
it is in a 12' x 22' room and the room temp is set at 70. there is plenty of room around the machine. a code has not come up ever. even wehn printing on 70lb text it was duplexing 2000 sheets, and as they were coming off the paper was almost to hot to touch.

check your fuser tempature in the service mode may be someone increased the tempature and did not set it back to defaults, make some single copies and check what that brings if you have a stock for example 500 sheets the paper keeps the tempature for a while. if the tempature is to high the machine will give a error code.
