I have a problem when i am printing color documents.
I often have paper jam and when it prints i see a line of scratch at the paper and if the document has too much color it jams at the fuser unit.
Also i see that it prints the same document(only the color) at tha same paper twice below the original,it's just like a foggy printing.
But when i print black documents its ok.No problem at all.
Thanks.
Here is a sample of double printing.

When you say it jams at the fuser, does it just stop, or does it bunch up the paper? The lines look like when an original does not line up even on the glass. The first thing I thought, was that the transfer belt may be a cause. Do you get the same results as a copy and a print?

It just stop at the fuser when the document has too much color otherwise it passes with scratces at the top of the paper.
I get the same results as a copy and a print.

Looks like a problem is with the fuser exit guide plate shown in the first image. I think one of the claws looks broken or is the paper just stuck under it? Have you replaced oil units?

What minimerlin says is true. all of the extra toner and a worn separator would cause the jam but I think the lines shown in your first post were caused by something else. You have two different problems.

The paper is stuck under the claws.I haven't replaced the oil units because i don't know how it looks like or where it is?
If i change it do you think that one of the problems will be solved?
Should the claws going up and down?I meen the plate part with claws if i touch it is going up and down.Shouldn't this be steady?
Something else that i think it will be usefull to you.
If i print with 250gr paper i don't have any problems.
The paper that is shown in the picture is 80gr.

The oil unit is the piece that the claws are on. That is what puts a light coating of oil on the upper fuser roller. It is a consumable that shows a message when it is time to change. If it has worn early or someone reset the message without changing it, it could cause problems. Reset the counter when you change it. That should help with the jam problem.

I have to change this consumable that you are saying or the fuser unit?
And where i can find it?

Ok like TREX said , there is no oil coating roller or oil supply roller on a CF2002/CF3102(only used on CF1501 CF2001). My first guess is that you may be running inkjet photo paper and the plastic is melting and sticking to the fuser belt. The fusers in the 3102 work great so if your getting jams then its what your running through or are you using some after market toner. The toner for this machine has a wax component to prevent sticking to the fuser.

It may be time for you to call in a trained tech to look at this guy.

Sorry to have given incorrect info, I had a couple of old 2001's show up this week, and I guess I lost my train of thought. The others are correct, you will have to swap the fuser to see if that is the issue. You may have more of a paper problem. I still do not believe the black lines are from this, I think you have two issues.

Ok.The problem solved.I called a technician from the company that i bought the CF.The first problem solved by changing fuser unit. The second problem solved by changing magenta and yellow drums.
Dudley you're right.I do have print one time with photo inkjet paper but i don't think that this cause me a problem.
Anyway,thanks for the replies.

that damn photopaper will leave stuff on the fuser belts and you can't see it but the toner will!
