I have trouble with this Minolta Di200, there is a "Close -> section properly" message on the LCD. Display pictures the right side of machine, but everything is close properly. Fusing unit, side cover, toner door, all checked.

Sensor connection, checked. All fuses on power supply unit is good. No broken set actuator on cover. Anyone know what's going on?

If I remember right, the toner door actuates a switch letting the machine know it is closed, but it also releases the toner bottle so it can spin. I can't remember if there is a sensor for this or not. May want to look at that whole plastic toner bottle cover. The release for the toner bottle is spring loaded. Maybe the spring came off. Good luck.

Thanks for reply, but that's not it. That sensor is for toner door only. The open section is the cover with transfer unit.

That door works same way. Find the actuator on the side near the toner bottle. Use the I/O check to check your photocells.

There is no photo interrupter for that, it using a micro switch with a Red and a Yellow wire. Using meter to measure AC voltage with door open and close, the voltage is 53v and 0v. So I assume the switch is working.

Check the pwb-a : remove copy tray, remove metal case that contains the logical board and they will find a small (17/17 cm)electronic board.

On this board you will find two or three fuses . One of them is not good.

Fixed finally with replace of PWB-A.
