Sorry, but you must elaborate a bit. What are you getting, a black square in the middle of your copies? If so, your problem is being discussed in this thread (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/21031-bizhub-c203.html).

If not, then we need a little bit more data. :)
