Kyocera FS1030D Error

My printer is showing the following code: On flashes green & Toner flashes red, then On & paper jam flash green and toner continues to flash red and the cycle continues.
Any idea what this code means? Printer has done around 54,000 copies.

The only code with the top and bottom light flashing is for waste toner full/nearly full. the code for that is slightly different to your discription.
top light = 1 bottom light = 4 the code is 1 2 4 flashing then 1 4 flashing shake the process unit from side to side to level the toner.
