Ricoh afi350 sc547

hi all,
in ricoh afi 350, followed by sc547 pbm, power supply board found defective and same was replaced. after that m/c gave continuous toner sign and was loading toner nonstopping. same cleared using memory clear method and now the rear side of the copies not fused. both hot and pressure rollers are ok physically. even after replacing the entire fusing unit with another for testing, same problem exists. fusing idling is enabled. how this can be rectified?

after inspecting the fuser unit bearing position and springs, if they are installed correctly i would go to sp 2902-003 use test #9 (black bands) there you can tell if your problem is a board, optics or a incorrectly installed unit

if your copies come out even accross then its a board, if not its a incorrectly installed unit
