I'm please requesting anyone that has access to eureka snaps to search out some solutions to 094-322 code on DC252 for me. The RAP in the manual does not solve my own case....many of the motors including the main and dev drive motors don't respond, not even in diagnostics. Pls SOS, thanks.

855758.094-322 at power ON Machine indicates status code 094-322 during power ON

Cause:

Followed RAP with tried DC330 Stacking main motor ON with 2 nd BTR retract & 2 nd BTR contact alternatively. But DC330 failed due to Main motor is had initial momentum with humming noise & not able to rotate.

Replacing Main motor rectified the problem

Well Bojans thanks, but the display shows the appropriate prompts as you open and close the front cover, i.e it tells u to close the front cover if u boot the machine up with opened front cover and resumes with the 094-322 fault code as soon as you close it up....does this not indicate that the front cover interlock is functioning well?

Gregoryk, thanks. I tried this, i.e replacing main motor, same problem!!! Anything else? Thanks in advance

I know that. Didn't say it wasn't working.

I'm telling you clean contacts inside the interlock, and post back.
I had this problem on many machines. Interlock works in way you described, but it gets dirty and doesn't give good voltage and motor can't start.

I just checked my eureka . I don't have snaps for 252, but have 250, it should be the same...

1. Harness for the Duplex in sensor is pinched between the fuser and the metal frame causing Fuse F5001 on the Main LVPS to blow.
===Replace the Fuse, and repair the harness to the Duplex in Sensor===

2. Paper getting behind transfer drawer. When customer closes transfer drawer module the double plug connector can get broken and or contact pins in the connector get crossed causing a 094-322 failure

Hope this help

Good luck

500896.A fault or error has occurred See user guide for info fc 94-322 500896.A fault or error has occurred See user guide for info fc 94-322 At power on, the UI displays the message ''A fault or error has occurred. See user guide for information on fault code 94-322''. The 94-322 RAP fails to fix the problem. A Software upgrade and replacing the IOT driver, MCU and ESS pwbs+Power Unit+ Initializing the IOT with DC301 did not fix the problem.

Cause:

Scrap paper sitting inside J/607. There could have been a paper jam of a coated stock. The customer removed the bulk of the paper but a tiny piece, the size of a finger nail was folded inside the plug/jack on the IOT frame side. It had embedded inside the space inside the p/j607 and was not visible from the outside

adeyemi.eureka has to many solutions for this problem i'll try to sent you the most common GOOD LUCK!!!

This is quite instructive Gregoryk, thanks. I'll try to investigate around both p.j's, i.e the one on the fuser drawer itself and its iot frame counterpart, according to this tip. But I'll really appreciate it if you could just give me more of your time by packing all the 094-322 eureka tips into a pdf or word file and mailing it to me: yemiogundeji@pelicoss.com, while I give you a feedback on this particular one meanwhile, thanks again.

Then i Ordered a new 2nd BTR and installed it but nothing, the erros apears again, well after that i changed the whole unit, the piece that holds the 2nd BTR, the fuser and the other parts. (the other unit is from another 260 that i have, and its working fine) , aaaannnddd NOthing, the error again ..... the last thing i did was clean all the connectors and check if it have a piece of paper jammed in the connector, but nothing.

My own case was finally resolved by changing the power supply! Supply to the main motor failed, leading to the removal of drive to the 2nd btr during POST and subsequently 94-322 fault code is declared..
