Getting paper jams. It looks like there is a bushing missing for one of the vertical transport rollers in the back. I can't seem to find a parts list anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you referring to the Rear Cover? The Exit Assembly in the Top Cover Assembly? Fuser unit? Other?

Open the rear cover and the roller that is loose is right there. Vertical transport.

Are you referring to the rollers that goes completely accross the printer that has two small grey rollers?

If so it is called ' Roller FD Low ' and the part number is 302F302010
