kyocera fs-4020,any time the power goes off,it just display PLEASE WAIT FOR 6-10 minutes before it gets ready

check and be sure your toner cartridge has enough toner in it... if the toner cartridge feels light replace the cartridge. If it has a sufficient amount, send a charge command and allow it to completely add toner.
