I think that is the code if you try to copy money.

Hello,

Did you find the solution for a C9500 code? I am battling a C9530 on a 400ci. The service manual says "contact service administration". The Kyocera hotline doesn't give me specific causes other than checking connectors at the engine board. I have replaced the main board, engine board, power source board, main dimm and hard drive. I have heard a rumor that the secret codes are related to counterfeit protection. My original engine board had a burned spot and a bad electrical smell. Have you looked at yours?

what i found is that if you have a fax board remove it see if you get the error.

More like trying to do gray adj with bonds.

Loose connector, will keep that in mind.

We had a client call in with a C9500 code and then when the tech got there , there was also a CF126 code came up on the machine. The tech called Kyocera tech support and they searched around and found that it is a communication code with the DP. The tech messed with the connectors to the DP760 and the machine is working, he is ordering the CIS Cable Connector Cover Set (old part number 855D500018) new part number 303LK94050 ,to install per tech bulletion taskalfa 250ci/300ci #TB2R1.

Having the same problem with a task alfa 250ci machine. It continues to give me a C9530 error. I've checked for loose connectors, and I have changed the main board, and the engine board. Is there any way of resetting this error code.
