Taskalfa 221 call services C0630

Hi All,

We installed a new taskalfa 221 on field 3 months ago customer call me today with service call C0630. I turn the printer off & on the error disappear. The lastest firmware update has been upgrade on this machine before we installed it on field. On the services manual its indicate DMA error on the PWB replace it. Someone know and an issue about this services call.

I have seen that error on Falcons and TaskAlfas where the customer turns the machine off incorrectly, Key Op (or Instruct the users) to never shut down the machine directly from the Main Switch, the Correct order should be first the power button on the panel, then, once the activity lights are done flashing, turn the Main switch off. That is only of they are used to turn the machine off directly at the main switch, if they get Power Outtages, well, thats a whole other animal.
