bizhub c351...pdf problem

I am service technician and I have a problem. The bizhub in my main office has a scanner... when I scan multiple pages to email or smb... it outputs them as multiple pdfs instead of one large pdf file... how can I change this setting so it outputs one multiple page pdf instead of multiple single page pdfs...

It's in the "File Type" button on the "Scan Settings" tab in the scan menu.

There is a button for single page and multi page, you want multi page.
