hi

is there a way to let a c203 go on without replacing the iu. even if it is just for a few copeys

if the life is over u can take copies with out replacing the iu

Enter service mode, press STOP, 0, C. Press "IU Life Stop Setting", choose "No Stop", exit service mode.

The message will remain on screen but the machine will continue to produce prints etc.

If you want to clear the message completely you can fit a new "chip" to the IU, or I believe there may be a special firmware upgrade to prevent the message coming up.

Yes there is a new special IU firmware to prolong replacement of all IU's. It's pretty simple, change two IU settings, one which was just mentioned and change a dipsw.
Works just fine
