DEVELOP ineo+ 220 stripes on copied pages

Hi @all and a happy new year!
We have a problem with a DEVELOP ineo+ 220 copier.
Printing all is ok in color & b/w. Also scanning to a local computer is no problem. But if you try to copy with the installed feeder or original glass, you get magenta and cyan stripes on the printout (see attached file). When you copy 10 sheets, every printout has magenta stripes followed by cyan stripes, magenta again and so on. I have adjusted everything shown on the installation manual but it won´t work out :(
Somebody any idea what to do? Printing and scanning works very well, copying won´t work :(

You missed a step when you set the machine up, follow the set up instructions. Have to put in time and date, etc.
