Ricoh SP 3300 Mono Printer Jams

I have 4 of the SP 3300 Mono Printers all giving the same jamming issue, paper makes it to the nip of the drum and transfer roller then stops dead, anyone got an idea of what it could be?

This one has me stumped. Any ideas? The old toner cartridge allows PPR to feed ok. 2 diff new cartridges, PPR stops under PCU every time.
