Bizhub C250 Bypass Won't Pull

Okay, all gears turning ok. Clutch activates to turn feed tire, but it is very weak. I put another clutch in, same result. If I put any pressure on the feed tire it stops it from spinning.

Any ideas?

Starts to pull it and shows jam. As I said the tire does not have enough torque to pull the paper in.

I have simple idea, first u soak a horror by thinner and clean tire then take more than 10 white pages and spray some alcohol on it and live it on bypass when cluche starts to pull it take oute page do it 3 or 4. I hope my suggestion is helpful.

It starts to pull in and seems to hit something. I have pulled it apart 20 times and all looks fine, just won't feed properly!
