A 0094 Jam code is caused by any of the feeder sensor being blocked, when the print button is pressed.
First clean all of the sensors and initialize the sensors in Service Mode > FEEDER > FUNCTION > SENS-INIT.

If jam still occurs check the sensors in Service Mode > I/O.

Service Mode > COPIER > I/O > FEEDER.
Check the following sensors to see which one is in a High state. Replace the sensor that indicates paper is present.

Thanks for all the info guys. I found that the cable from the scanner to the machine was not quite made properly. I remade the connections and Hey Presto! doc feeder now works!
