Via the df paper will not feed at all and green light flashes. It will not reset until the machine is turned off and on again.
Have sens init but with no success.
I have a manual for the copier but not the df. any ideas?

A 0094 Jam code is caused by any of the feeder sensor being blocked, when the print button is pressed.
First clean all of the sensors and initialize the sensors in Service Mode > FEEDER > FUNCTION > SENS-INIT.
If jam still occurs check the sensors in Service Mode > I/O.
Service Mode > COPIER > I/O > FEEDER.
Check the following sensors to see which one is in a High state. Replace the sensor that indicates paper is present.

Part number for PCB 2,3, and 4 is FM2-1022-000

reminder----Post Separation Sensor PCB2 /part number FM2-1022-000
the Sensor Holder does not come with the new PCB2 Sensor Unit and you would need to remove it from the old unit and snap it on the new unit. If misplaced, the sensor holder is available as a service part. The part number is: FC5-3131-000

Thanks for all the info guys. I found that the cable from the scanner to the machine was not quite made properly. I remade the connections and Hey Presto! doc feeder now works!
