bh c352 cyan background

Hello,
I have a bh c-352 machine that backgrounds cyan only when running full color copies or prints. Black copies are fine and when running single colors ok also. I am also getting a c-2551 when running gradiation pattern due to lack of toner, toner ran out! sometimes I get a yellow splash when running full color that covers about 1/8 of the page. replaced cyan and yellow imaging units with the same problem.

Sounds like maybe a bad HVPS1.

Hi guys, anyone facing the C352 having P8 and P21? the black print out is perfect, only when printing colour
the yellow colour is mising. i have changed the yellow IU, transfer belt, reflash the latest firmware, change the PRBC board.
anyone can help me? i really lost here.....

Sounds like a bad laser. Pull out the laser and maybe swap it with another color.

do u mean the PH unit? if yes, i did swap the unit with others colour, problem still there.
and now, another error, CB116 - fax board error. :(

Put the controller back in with the fax set in svc mode without the fax board installed, or vicy-versy, in your troubleshooting adventures?

By way of clarification:
Sometime when playing musical boards, we install an MFP-PWB with a fax attached to it when none was previously present, or conversely, forget to re-install the FAX-PWB when it was previously present.
The long and short of it being to verify that the fax accessory is either Set or Unset in service mode, accordingly.

-Ijust found out today, the fax kit is came from C250. anyone can confirm whether the the FK502+MK704 can be fixed into the C352,
my manager insist it can be fixed. During the flashing of firmware, the fax controller can't downloading the firmware, and in the firmware screen ( in service mode) the fax controller board is showing 0000 for the checksum.

Is the MK-706 installed in machine. It includes a board that the fax unit plugs into and needs to be installed first.

Darren Hi Darren, yes, the MK706 is mounted into the mainboard. seems that the fax board is faulty, i bring to other machine (C250),
it came out the CB116 error as well, but my manager confirm it was working in C250 before it pull out the fax board.

Supply system of cyan clogged, causing shortness of supply and low-density code accusing toner. Check supply system after the toner cartridge. There is a spring inside the duct that agitates the toner to prevent clogging. You may have problems in this area.
