Adding toner symbole e-163

Dear friends,
I have replaced the genune Toner in toshiba e-163, still it shows adding toner symbole, also i tried with other toners, but the problum not solved. where to check with machine.

Problem can be at contacts for toner chip. Try to look inside machine where toner chip goes.
Second solution is to switch off genuine toner chip recognition in service mode.
