Our Ikon Biz Pro 550C, threw a code c-2813 & I cleaned the cyan drum sensor & it worked for a day.
Threw the code again & I cleaned it again, but to no avail. I'm a novice & not a tech & we're off
service contract, so any help is greatly appreciated. Is there an adjustment in service mode or a fix
someone can walk me thru?

try changing the charge assy you will get the result

Thanks much & being a novice, what does the charge assy look like? I don't know if I have
an extra one lying around, but will check. Also, is it easy to replace?

it is just near to drum cartridge with small black handle can be visible after opening toner hopper assy just pull it carefully as you are not techni and it is very near to the drum ( it is steel assembly, with very thin wire and grid on it)

I had some used ones lying around & tried replacing it w/ one of them earlier, but didn't help.
I'll try another one & see if that will work. Thanks for the help & I'll post the results....

I switched it out & it threw a new code C-2703...

Tried two used ones & still throws 2813 code...
