Hi,
New to this forum but we have a Toshiba E-Studio 755 and already put in Service Bulletin TSB-1005. It jams with error code E020. It seems as though the reverse motor doesn't kick in. It's an intermittent jam. We can run thousands of pages if we don't use the tabbed paper. The tabbed paper is 90 pound and have setup the cassette for tabbed paper. We've lowered the fuser temp to 90 degrees also. Our next thing we're going to try is 08-1437 since the tabbed paper has holes punched in the paper. Any suggestions for tabbed printing?
