Hi all and thank you for the reply.
I'm back from the customer of this thread
http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/56354-bizhub-420-c-2403-c-6701-a.html

R (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/56354-bizhub-420-c-2403-c-6701-a.html)eplaced PS28 (again) and OACB.
The error codes went away, but there is still another problem.
Every page is jamming at the registration section, no matter of the drawer.
Changed the reg. section (entirely) with another one that i'm sure is working, still jamming.
Loaded service mode, state confirmation, load check.
Code 21 Multicode 11: ok but the reg. roller is not moving.
Code 26 Multicode 1 - 2 - 3 no action at all.
Any ideas?

copytechman had a good suggestion in your last post. If you have taken out toner supply motor section, do it again. look for a screw to be broken thru and blue tape on solenoid. when these screws short the take out OACB. that causes jamming right at registration roller. We had one doing just this.

Hi and thank you for the reply.
Just looked on the konica minolta knowledge base: you're right for the solenoid story, but when it shorts it will blow an ICP on the PRDB board, not the OACB.
Today i will go for the PRDB replacing.

solder and an icp are much cheeper and are easily carried in your tool kit.

Solved, PRDB replaced.
Sure it's cheap to replace the only ICP, but in my room it's easier to make a good job with the soldier.
