Help Touch Screen on a KM-5050. We go out one day & do U201 touch sreen works fine! Customer comes in next day login button on the touch screen not working. Not sure what to do about this!

Did you upgrade the firmware? Firmware should resolve this. If that doesn't help, replace the touch panel (2GR45050).

Personally, I've never had firmware make any difference. I'll usually disassemble the panel to make sure that there is no grit that sneaked in along the edge of the screen. If that doesn't work, or if it comes back replace the tablet. =^..^=

BlackCat is 100% correct, I also have never had Firmware fix a defective tablet PCB, touch screen
