When the machine is Ready it shows both paper trays available
but neither of them works.
Every time you try to make a copy you get a Jam
The Feed, separation and pickup rollers were replaced in both trays
I 'll replace the tray paper clutch
Any help will be appreciated

Always a good idea to let us know the J code! have you checked all sensors on I/O mode?

Also a good idea to clean the shafts and oneways attached to the feed system while in there, they can slip, been there, done that!

Sorry guys
The jams are at the paper trays (paper is not picked-up at all)
Short history:
Service call-----paper jams from both paper trays
1st. tec. -----call incomplete by parts (feed-sep-pickup rollers)
2nd. tec ----parts replaced---- call incomplete---same problem
They don't remember the jam(s) code(s)
Now, the ball is in my side and need some advise before I go to customer office
PS: Both lifter motors are working fine.

Gabriel
Well, the best thing to do would be to go to the machine and get the jam codes.

Doesn't this machine use feed clutches still? Or are they a motor? I see the tray feed units use clutches. Never had to replace one but I would definitely start with that. Happened alot with BH200 series.

So both trays simultaneously go bad? No feed attempt?
A jam code and Knowledgebase would be best for odd problems like this.

Could also be a bum transport motor M1 which runs tray one and two for drive, some machines, show jams before call for service codes. (Maybe blown ICP on engine board?), does the feed system rotate @ all when watched from the front with the tray cover off?
Regards.
