Toshiba studio 650 wait after copy for 15 seconds

e studio 650 says wait after the end of copy for about 15 seconds (the machine is runing) and then goes to ready.
I have change all the thermistors , toner motor and recycle motor are ok.
Any ideas.

MICHAELC : it does intependently of number of copy one or more,exactly at the end of procedure .
BOJANS :format is ok but the problem stays.

iv had wait issues caused but temperature/humidity sensors. no idea where they are on a 650 sorry.
i'd also give the IH board a good clean.

set 08-803 to 2 if it not 2 it can make this problem

I know on some other models thermistors can cause issues like this. Maybe worth giving them a clean (or replace if worn) and also the IH board like fourl6 suggested. Have you also checked your toner cartridge, toner unit and waste toner recycle unit. Also had a semi worn dev drive gear (the one on the back of the dev unit) give a similar issue before it failed. It used to go around the shaft 360 then sit back in position and drive for a bit.
