i have a toshiba estudio352. i just got the GM2060 print/scan enabler for it off ebay. I cant get it to print though. It will scan, i got that to work, but when i try to print to it, the "print data" light flashes for just a split sec and thats all it will do. nothing shows on the screen, etc.

is there something i am suppose to change or set up in the settings or am i missing something?

The GM2060 works with copier firmware prior to version 320.
The GM2061 works with copier firmware version 320 or later.

print out the NIC configuration page,

User Functions,
Admin, (Password 123456)
Lists,
NIC Config Page

the firmware Version is somewhere near the top right corner of the printout

when i go into admin, i dont have a option for numerical characters, only symbols and alphabet. i tried to find a way to get it to show numeric characters, but it doesnt. is there any other way?

You need to pay for a Toshiba Factory trained technician to arrive on site.

i need a service tech just to plug in a usb key so i can print??? that seems a little overkill to me... just trying to troubleshoot it. Meachs comments make the most sense, just having problems finding out how to determine the firmware version....

My friend, you still have, at right side, regular hard keys (numbers). When you get to enter admin mode, put a number 123456 with hard keys-numbers and you are in...piece of cake!
