Hello

I have a Di200 with Pi3502.

Today I tried to print with my Di200 for the first time.

The protocol address of Di200 is 10.233.21.108. Today I realized a short network with my PC and Di200. (the PC has 10.233.21.101 protocol address)

When I tried to ping from my PC ping 10.233.21.108 errors returned. sometimes the ping was ok, but most of the times the ping retuned errors.

I did not menage to print a test page.

Can anybody help me?

Thank you!

I believe those little PI's are little external fiery print controllers. Those are kinda known for the HDD's to go out on them after a couple/few years. Can you get to the network settings from the copier? Maybe try a ping 10.233.21.108 -t and let it run to see if it pings over a given time of about 3~5 mins. If it pings then stops then pings then stops it's the fiery stuck constantly rebooting and probably time for a new hard drive and OS reload.

Bad news. Those NIC's go bad by aging. No replacement from the factory since years. About a million posts here in this forum about that issue.

Thank you Hans!

I will try to print using the parallel port.

Best Regards!
