Printerworks is great to deal with, they have some nice online tools and the will even answer the phone. I use thier kits and rarely have any issues with them.

Not all of his manuals are online, sometimes takes 2-3 days to get a manual, buy from http://www.justmanuals.com and get your purchase immediately. Buy American!

TSA world is a good source. Excellent quality, great tech support, and they supply copier parts as well as printers and faxes. They sell frequent use kits. For example they sell a kit that has all the parts to fix 4200 swing plate or all the gears in one kit to fix grinding noise from 24XX fuser area. You dont have to look up the part numbers just ask for the kit. They offer FREE tech support and when you're onsite, don't have a manual and need to know what the error code means that comes in handy. They sell tools and Don Thompson comes at various times of the year to do training classes on new machines.
