I am having a problem with ghosting in all four colors. Have three new dev units and drums black has not been changed and new caronias any ideas?

Where exactly is it ghosting? lead edge, tail? The entire sheet? What kind and gsm or stock? Maybe you could post a pic.

I have tried both #80lb cover which is what the job runs on and also #24lb Navagator. I am attaching a couple of pics to show you.

Check drums and make sure you took the screws out of the cleaning blade

Service was in today and changed everything to do with transfer no luck. They have escalated it to a service person further up the chain

They are coming back in on thursday will have service check

This looks like cyan dev. unit is failing.
This has nothing to do with transfer belt.
You can try with adjusting Covered Margin Fine Adj. (Process Fine Adjustment) set it -5 and see if there is any luck.

Problem is it is doing it on all four colors
