FSC2126 toner count

Have replaced Y toner in machine who two newbies (genuine) but machine still asks shows replace yellow toner error message. Logging in shows 0% yellow toner too. As they're brand new toners out of the box, and it's two it seems like a machine problem but before I go too much further with it I want reset the toner reading if possible. Any ideas?
