replace toner

hi guys i have a kyocera FS-C5200 and i replaced all toners but it keep on saying clean printer and replace black toner can someone help.

Take the Black toner out, shake it side-to-side (while it's upside down) and put it back in...

Make sure you are using OEM toner, not the generic junk.

If that doesn't work, find a Kyocera-trained technician
