CS-4035 scan to folder issues

I have a CS-4035, we scan to folder over a network to a folder on the local pc. The document shows up immediately, but the copier takes 2 minutes to release and come back to ready. We have updated the firmware, changed cables, changed local 4 port switch, changed port on the main switch, swapped the nic and have the same results. The same issues are evident when we scan to a laptop. What else can we try?

I am thinking, enable SNMP, or reduce the timeout to 30 seconds or less.
