I believe the IPS software has crashed and is not loading. Tried safe-mode and such with no luck. I access the KIP site thru Toshiba and I cannot find where to download the IPS software, all there is are bulletins and parts manuals.
I know how to load the IPS, but cannot find the software anywhere. :confused:
