Bizhub C-10-p, printerversion, "Ghostshadow"
The original file is an XML C Office document. When printed with a Bizhub-C-10-P printer a mysterious "halo" or shadow appears behind the picture in the middle of the page. Also on a second page there is a square shadow behind the first vertical letter "B" instead of a shadow in the shape of that letter. All other letters from the text following down "ewerbung" are as they should be with a shadow in the proper shape.
This happens only on Bizhub-C-10-P printers. We tryed several printers, one of them brand new out of the box, all show the same phenomena. An almost identical printer the MC-2550 does not show the effect. The same is with a Bizhub-C-10-MFP and a Bizhub-C-20 which are printing the document without any errors.
The problem occurs with W7 and also XP regardless the Office version. We tried Office 2010, 2007 and 2000 all with the same result.
All available drivers and even older drivers intended for this series of machines have been tested showing all the same error only with the Bizhub-C-10-P.
