Hi
I have a Canon ir ADV C2020 Finisher that drives its tray has High as it can get it. Then the machine says that it has a paper jam when there is no paper in the finisher, even on restart the tray wont move an the machine flags a paper jam.
I have already stripped out the finisher and repostioned the tray and grippers, it worked for a while but has done it again.
In the jam codes I just get a jam that says door open sw1.
any thoughts would be appreciatted.
