Hello everyone!!
I've got a problem, and was wondering if you please could someone please help me!
They have a canon image runer 8500 a customer, that when I turn on the equipment, the launch bar is halfway and will not until the technical final.Bom as did several tests and found that the defect is the plate interface (cage).
I have another screen that opened, more time to make a copy, and it hangs just off to voltar.E is so direct, so I removed the battery from the board to see if she was back to normal; She was also with the same symptoms of this the first sign that I quoted earlier.
So there goes my question: Could someone help me on this issue, and tell me if I solve manages to come doing a firmware upgrade, or if the defect is physical and not have to solve? (Just swapping the blank)?
And if you like to upgrade? Could anyone provide me the software for this procedure? Ie: I need firmware canon image runer 8500!
Please someone help me because I have two machines with the same problems.
