We have 2 3220 that have the same issue. copiers stay in warm up mode, i have replaced fuser assembly, same problem. No error codes. Any thoughts thanks

If the machine shows "printer warming up" leave the machine on it will eventually show an error code, might take about 15 minutes.

Report back the code here.

doktor you nailed it, We had two bad drums one cyan and one magenta when i spoke to our other tech who did one of the copiers we put 1&1 together. Thanks a bunch guys for replys.

check toner n make sure is not near to empty for each cartridge
check System Monitor>Comsumables n make sure your toner chip all are still useable....

hav this experienced before...
my cust called n told me that the cyan is finish n request for a replacement cartridge..
went there n replace the chip only because there are still some toner in the cartridge...
next day customer called again n told that the mc keep warming up... n they waited for halfhour

change with new cartridge n chip... problem Solved
