I have a problem in canon IR 2318, shows E0007-000
I can't enter the service mode to clear the error,
so what can I do to clear this error.

Need to replace fixing film first!

hi....ya it is the fixing film....may it is damaged or does not rotate....that is the code we call it(james bond):D
