Hi there!
On this problem we´re now working for c. 8 weeks. The machine has made 50K copies/prints in 3 month. The 1. time after 20k there broad, white lines in cyan & magenta. Cleaned the doctoer-blade several times & phoned with the hotline, they said "hearing of this problem for the 1. time, but change all 4 dev-units (warranty). So i did. After 2 weeks the same problem again. Because it´s a new machine the boss asked Ricoh to send a specialist with me. Checking the device we ordered dev-unit C&M again. Some days later the same with the Y unit. Then we opend the drum-units (see photo) and find a mess of wax-splitters. The Ricoh-tech said this must be new wax-blocks, ´cause of their colour (white). He has now ordered 4 new PCU´s & 4 dev-bags to change, then we´ll see.
At a MPC-3002 (12K copies) i opend the PCU´s & there was also the beginnig of this mess. I think they´ll have a lot of problems the next month, until they change the material of the wax-blocks. I will report further after changing the units.

Hi there!
Opend at the moment a pcu-bk of a MPC-2800 with 130K copies on the pm-counter & what: the wax-block has an other colour then the new ones (MPC-3502....), it´s like a milky colour and really no mess of wax-splinters, only used toner! I´ve heard, that in the new production-machines this new blocks making also trouble. So we see what happens...
Greetings...

Hi there!
Was at the machine yesterday with a Ricoh-Colour-Servicemanager. He looked with me and the other Ricoh-Tech (yes 3 men for 1 MPC!) at the Pcu´s.
,Dev-boxes itb-cleaningunit etc... His decesion was then, changing the 3 colour-pcu´s & the yrllow developer. Colour-reg,ACC, and saying we have to look if the problem comes back. I´ll lok at the machine (if nothing else happens) in 2 weeks, and will report again.
Greetings...
