Hello, so I have an multifunctions (print, fax, phone) printer Bizhub 350 (http://konicaminolta.ca/pdf/bizhub_350_250_200_Brochure.pdf)[1] which has no printing problem usually but when someone is using the phone (that is connected to the printer) then nobody can print anything. I want to ask is that normal? If not what is causing that and how do I fix it? I tried to search Google but I can't find anyone with similar problem. Thanks.
