Hi, we have a C452 + FS-527 that starts to jam (J32-01) after 300-400 pages during longer duplex runs.
Have swapped the fusing unit, horizontal transport unit, PFTDB board (according to TAUS0902448EN01), fusing motor M30 and paper exit conveyance assy from another machine.
Do you have any suggestion?

What kind of paper?
what size?

You test letter, letter-R and 11x17?

Also i would test without the finisher attached see if the code changes...

are you using the lastest version fuser --- should end in 33 (A0P0R73333)

32-01 says ADU jam. Is there any paper in the machine? I think the turnover section sensor. A lot of those sensors get flaky after getting hot. Does the jam go away after opening closing jam door??

Have you checked the cam and gears that drive the gears in the black and yellow guide on the door? We have seen many of these cams and the gears attached to it wear out in the middle and cause intermittent jamming in this model. The cam and gears are located just above the fuser on the machine rear.

Also, I could be mistaken but I believe there is a gear with a one way in it in that exit/switchback unit in this model. This is less likely to cause the issue but it might be something to keep in mind.

just talked to my buddy - says cust. ran cheap labels and a few sheets jammed. They cleaned it out well, but the fuser was never the same.

Had to replace.

just a thought...

A4 plain manily from tray 3. Have not tried without the finisher but have replaced the horizontal transport unit from another FS-527.
Have also tried with the fuser from the customers second C452.
