-Rotate the drive gear (yellow) with hand, and shift the belt to the center.

-Replace primary fixing pressure belt.

Error code E007 with subcodes 0010 and 0011 is in regard to the Primary Fixing Pressure Belt displacement control system. The signal logic of the home position sensors for the displacement of the belt does not change state within a specified period both from the backside to the front (subcode 0010) and front side to the back (subcode 0011). Basically the displacement seems to not move at all. There are two identical drive gears as shown in the diagram below that were found to be broken and needed replacement. The two gears are identical and therefore the part number is FU6-0340-000. Also check to see the reason why these gear broke such as a frozen component.

E007-0011, Primary Fixing Pressure Belt HP sensor does not change states.

Check the Upper Fuser Roller Bushing to make sure it is in the correct position.

The Bushing out of position will cause uneven pressure on the Lower Fixing Belt causing it to track to the rear.

I Checked already the said upper roller's bushing and it's in the right position. Is there any remedy to the problem without replacing any parts yet? thank you everyone :(

Thank you very much guys, I was able to identify the true culprit of my problem, it was the two sensor underneath the Primary Fixing, and the Roller oil, it accumulates too much dirt, enough for the sensors to be disconnected from the metal roller. Solution did: Replace Roller Oil, and Clean the two sensors inside, once again thank you very much.;)

As i thought i solve the problem, Surprise it came back after, and i found out that these gears are really broken.
Anybody knows the part name or number of the two gears, i do really need these.
the two gear mark with question marks is broken. Resulting the machine to display E007-10-05 AND E007-10-05 respectively :)
these gears found in the primary fixing, driving the fixing web. thank you very much.
